1. Under Pay & Transfer in the bottom navigation, select Interac e-Transfer® from the list, then Pending e-Transfers to open a Pending e-Transfers screen.
   
   
2. From the Pending e-Transfers online banking page, you can see a list of pending e-Transfers. From here view:
   1. Sent money, or
   2. Requested money

Sent Money

1. On the Sent Money screen, select a transaction to see:
   1. Transaction date,
   2. Transaction type,
   3. Contact name
   4. Contact e-mail or phone number
   5. Amount
   6. Status
      • Available the recipient has not yet deposited the funds
      • Authentication Failure
      • Direct Deposit Processing
      • Authentication Successful
   7. Message (optional)
   8. Confirmation number
      
      To exit the Interac history details screen, select the back arrow in the top left corner.
      
      
2. On the Sent Money screen, select the stacked dots to see:
   1. Re-notify the recipient
   2. See Pending e-Transfer details
   3. Status History
   4. Cancel transaction immediately
   5. See the details of the transaction
      
      
3. When you Re-Notify a recipient, a pop-up will appear with the question, “Do you want to re-notify the contact for the pending transaction?” You can choose to Cancel the request or Re-notify.
   
   1. Cancel returns you to Pending e-Transfers page
   2. Re-notify sends the contact an email and/or text and closes the Re-notify contact pop-up window.
      
      
4. When you Cancel a transaction, the Interac Pending transaction details are displayed and a notification is sent to the recipient. Select,
   1. Continue to confirm cancelation and finalize the transaction. 
   2. Back arrow to return to pending screen.

Requested Money

1. On the Requested Money screen, select a transaction to see:
   1. Transaction date,
   2. Transaction type,
   3. Contact name
   4. Contact e-mail or phone number
   5. Amount
   6. Status
      • Available the recipient has not yet fulfilled the request money
   7. Message (optional)
   8. Invoice number (optional)
   9. Confirmation number
      
      To exit the Interac history details screen, select the back arrow in the top left corner.
      
      
2. On the Requested Money screen, select the stacked dots to/see:
   1. Re-notify the recipient
   2. Pending e-Transfer details
   3. Cancel transaction
   4. Edit the transaction
      
      
3. When you Re-Notify a recipient, a pop-up will appear with the question, “Do you want to re-notify the contact for the pending transaction?” You can choose to Cancel the request or Re-notify.
   
   1. Cancel returns you to Pending e-Transfers page
   2. Re-notify sends the contact an email and/or text and closes the Re-notify contact pop-up window.
      
      
4. When you Cancel a transaction, the Interac Pending transaction details are displayed and a notification is sent to the recipient. Select,
   1. Continue to confirm cancelation and finalize the transaction.
   2. Back arrow to return to pending screen.
      
      
5. When you Edit a transaction, the transaction details are displayed. You can make edits to the amount, the invoice number, the payment due date, the message, and the deposit account.
   1. Confirm to confirm the edit and finalize the transaction.
   2. Back arrow to return to the pending screen.
